Request for advice on the renewal of GM maize BT11 X MIR162 X MIR604 X GA21

The COGEM is asked to advise on the renewal of genetically modified (GM) maize BT11 X MIR162 X MIR604 X GA21. This maize line was created through conventional crossing of parental GM maize lines, which have previously been assessed and authorized for the European market for import and processing. In this hybrid line, genes are expressed that provide tolerance to various herbicides and resistance to certain pest insects.
