Import and processing MS8, RF3 and MS8xRF3 oilseed rape (EFSA opinion)

EFSA recently published its opinion on import and processing of GM oilseed rape MS8, RF3 and MS8xRF3. MS8, RF3 and MS8xRF3 is tolerant to glufosinate ammonium containing herbicides and expresses a pollination control system. Upon publication of the EFSA opinion, COGEM was asked whether its previous concerns have been sufficiently addressed by EFSA.  In its previous advice COGEM expressed concerns with regard to the monitoring plan and concluded that it needed to be improved.
