Application for renewal of the authorisation for import and processing of genetically modified Brassica juncea RF3

COGEM is asked to advise on the environmental risks of import and processing of genetically modified (GM) Brassica juncea RF3. This GM B. juncea RF3 is tolerant to specific herbicides due to the expression of the bar gen, and contains the barstar gene which can restore male infertility in other GM lines.
