Prof. dr. Sybe Schaap

Sybe Schaap (1946) is political philosopher and professor emeritus water policy & governance at Delft University of Technology and Wageningen University & Research. Previous positions include member of the Dutch Senate, chairman of the European Association of Water Management Associations (EUWMA), chairman of the Netherlands Union of Water Boards, Water Board Bailiff (Dijkgraaf), farmer and lecturer in philosophy.
